Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 mins for desired taste. Serve with a slice of lemmon if desired. Do not add honey or sugar to this blend.
